The memon effect: Acoustics

Hi-Fi sound optimization with memon—awarded with the Diapason d‘Or.

The developer of the memon technology, Mr. Winfried M. Dochow, who originally developed the system primarily as protection from electromagnetic radiation, was awarded by the renowned French journal “Diapason” for his invention in 2009 with the Diapason d‘Or (literally “Golden Tuning Fork” in French). The completely new and distinct sound quality of Hi-Fi systems created by the memonizerCOMBI clearly convinced all jury members in the “blind test”.

As with the memon effect on air, the ion ratio in enclosed spaces becomes more balanced and simultaneously reduces the concentration of fine particulate matter. This effect also led to the memon technology being awarded with the “Diapason D‘Or”, since the jury attributed the improved acoustics to the implementation of the memonizerCOMBI and its effect on indoor air.
